Begin to explore yourself and that gnawing feeling you've felt for quite some time. Therapy serves as a powerful support to begin healing or overcoming the daily challenges and struggles we all face.

EMDR is a form of psychotherapy in which the client is asked to recall distressing images while generating bilateral stimulation, such as side-to-side eye movements. This treatment approach has proven to be successful with people who have experienced a traumatic event and/or have tried other therapeutic approaches without success.

Porn addiction and sex addiction are not the same disorder. Addiction to porn is considered to be a type of sex addiction which can manifest itself differently than other types of sex addiction. An addiction to porn can lead to serious distress and consequences in many facets of life. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT- accredited by IITAP).

Teens. So confusing. Not just for their parents but even for themselves. The development of their own unique identity, separating from their parent's, and all the trial and errors this stage contains. It can really be a confusing time. One of my passions is supporting teens and their parents during this stage to help things be a little less confusing for everyone.

The power of group therapy is that it allows people to receive the support and encouragement of the other members of the group struggling with similar challenges. People participating in the group can see that others are going through the same thing and help them feel less alone. Group Therapy can be used in conjunction or instead of individual therapy. However, the results of healthy group work is remarkable.
